I got Tara to work out with me again today and she felt much better after we were done. I’m noticing I am feeling the exercises in my shoulders and biceps more and more. I’m not as breathless during the cardio oblique twist things. I also dont have to stop for water half way through. I also find everything easier on hardwood with a matt than on carpet. I’ve stopped trying to do the push up on the walk out push ups I hold plank instead.
