Jillian michaels 30 day shred - day five
Luckily I recorded the level two work out yesterday because I ended up going to my parents house tonight for a sleep over straight from work. Also lucky for me my mom has actual hand weights. The arm strength exercises are significantly harder even with the small two pound weights. The first strength exercises with the static squat and row was the hardest. The hardest thing for me today was the walk out push ups. The ab exercises are seeming to be getting easier. The ab exercise where you hold your arms over your body and raise and lower legs was nearly impossible at the beginning. It’s now significantly easier today. Tara didn’t do the shred yesterday and she told me she would do it twice today. We’ll see if she did tomorrow when I get back.
