Jillian michaels 30 day shred - day three

After icing her knees last night Tara felt much better. We’ve decided she should do it after each session just to be safe. I also forgot to mention we don’t have hand weights so we’ve been using canned goods instead. Day three was good. In the morning my thighs weren’t sore anymore however they are a bit sore while working out and after again. I’m curious to see how they’ll feel tomorrow during day fours work out. I feel it the most in my thighs and abs while working. However my shoulders burn after circuit three strength. We’ll see what day four brings tomorrow!
