I’m a bit jet lagged today and not back in the swing of daily life. Having a hard time. But I did get my work out in hoping it would make me feel better. I did one of my make up days. Tomorrow is my last make up day and then I start level one. Tara didn’t do the shred while I was gone. I’ve given up on her.

So I missed day eighteen yesterday however I was snorkeling which is a pod exercise itself so I don’t feel too guilty. Tomorrow we leave Hawaii which I’m super bummed about. I’ve fallen in love with this place and made the decision to move here once I get back from Japan. Now I know what it means by love at first sight!!

So I missed day fourteen day before yesterday because we were too busy. I did get day fifteen in yesterday but we have another busy day today so it will be hit or miss if I get day sixteen in.

Today my back was really sore after doing the shred yesterday. So far on level three I’ve been doing the modified version because it has been extremely tough for me. I leave for Hawaii tomorrow so I hope I’m not too sore and that I keep up with the shred while I’m away.

Jillian michaels 30 day shred - day two
Tara’s knees are a bit sore today so she had decided to follow the low impact version of the level two work out. I’m not sore after day one. We find the hardest circuit to be circuit three with the squats with the v raises. Right after finishing I already noticed my thighs are a bit sore today. Tara is icing her knees to ensure her best results.

Day one Tara and I started out with level two because we felt level one was far too easy for our activity level. We plan on doing 15 days in level two and 15 days in level three. The first work out was really good. We were both out of breath and pretty tired after the first day was done.
